When you take lessons with me I can teach you the many techniques used in lots of genres of music, from country and classical finger style to shredding speed picking. There are too many to mention here! You'll learn correct playing method from the start so you don't have to waste time unlearning bad technique in the future.

I will work with you to produce a beneficial practice routine that is both challenging and fun. We will progress at a pace that is comfortable for you.

You'll be given achievable tasks to work on between lessons, including songs, new techniques etc. I encourage your participation in song selection!

A great way to gauge your progress is by studying for grades.

I can prepare you for Electric, Bass and Acoustic Guitar grades up to Grade 8. RGT and Rockschool gain UCAS points and you can usually get graded locally.
